• Due to Returned items because Cars were miss-diagnosed by the Dealer or an Independent shop, We no longer accept returns just because the product did not solve your personal problem. Our products are not for Testing Purposes. Please make sure that you are professionally Diagnosed before you commit on buying a product from RPM MOTORSPORT LTD. All products are tested over 50hrs Lab time before it leaves Q/A. If you have been miss-diagnosed then the Mechanic or Technician needs to take responsibility. No Returns on Any Electronic Parts unless the Item is Defective.

  If your Item is defective We will Overnight you one the next business day Free of charge, Everything is tested in our company before sending it to you. We are willing to help you because some items might arrive in good condition but since there may be a problem in your car, it might for example burn the ECU. We are still willing to help. If you decide that you do not wish to continue troubleshooting or you would like to return the product, Then you will earn a Store credit minus a 20% Restocking Fee on the amount you paid. minus the Shipping Costs both ways are Non Refundable.
