This Unlocking ECU is one of our Newest Technology. This Applies for E46 M3's Years 1999 to 2006.
This is a BMW UNLOCKED ECU for Series E46 M3 with a S54 Engine With an ELECTRIC Throttle Body. (Years 99 and up).
This UNLOCKED ECU does NOT Require the EWS 3.3 System. This is Helpful if you are doing a Conversion for a E30 (3 Series 1985 to 1992) , E36 (3 Series 1993 to 1998) or even a E46 (3 Series 1999 to 2006).
If you are making a Track race Car then this will also be very useful.
Once you plug in the UNLOCKED ECU the car will start at once without any additional tools.
